David, Trish and Karim were the people I worked with, although I know that the rest of the team worked for me too! This was the second time David sold my home and he was efficient, helpful and successful in selling my home both times within 30 days!

My wife and I recently asked David if he would list our home and it’s been a wonderful experience. From the first time we discussed the sale of the home he has been prompt and professional. He has accommodated our (sometimes difficult) schedule by meeting us in our home at night or by arranging weekend meetings with the other members of his team. Specifically, I had one of the associates meet me, with 20 minutes notice at a coffee shop to pick-up some documents from me. She even bought my coffee! Incredible service!

The pictures of my home are incredible. Typically, the pictures listed on real estate websites are decent, at best. Not our pictures. David spent an incredible amount of time ensuring he had the best possible shot of each room. He even changed lenses on his camera from time to time to make sure they were perfect. He took over 100 photos that night when he could only use 12, and then he came back to take a new picture of the outside because HE wasn’t satisfied; even though I said the first one was good enough. 

David’s team is a perfect complement to his style. His focus on customer service is echoed through each team member that I have the pleasure of dealing with. In the past, I have had less than perfect experiences buying and selling my home. This time is completely different. I’m almost looking forward to going through the process again!
